Our 2025 NJ ABC Eagle Award winning Catherine Dickson Hofman Library project consisted of interior renovations to 7,500 square feet of the existing library, a 6,000 square foot addition, driveway relocation and parking lot expansion.
Project highlights included a large two-story main entrance with sloped wood ceilings and decorative light fixtures, vinyl graphic wall covering in the main lobby, a custom-built reception desk with a solid surface top and decorative wood paneled sides. Additionally, the team constructed a two-story stone veneer interior wall with a built-in electric fireplace, two-story children and teen areas with sloped wood ceilings and decorative light fixtures, and multi-user bathrooms featuring tiled walls with stone accents around the sinks.

On November 6, 2025, DeSapio Construction received an Eagle Award which is a National Excellence in Construction Award presented by Associated Builders and Contractors for the Catherine Dickson Hofman Library.
