Alpha House, Alpha, NJ
The Alpha house is a restored 1900’s era building that once served as a general store for the borough of Alpha in period of time when the stores owners lived above where they worked. The store operated until the late 1960’s and fell into disrepair. In 2008 DeSapio Construction restored the structure converting it into a two family residence with each unit having two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and laundry area. The first floor unit has its own roomy back porch while the second floor has a balcony overlooking the peaceful small town neighborhood.
