Renovations to HealthQuest Fitness Club consisted of remodeling the 100,000 square foot facility including the locker rooms, fitness center, administrative offices, childcare center, aerobics, kitchen, cafe, and indoor pool.
Serving as the owners’ construction manager, our firm was responsible for the budgeting and coordination of the owners’ contractors and suppliers. Our firm’s team of highly skilled craftsmen supplemented the other contractors on the site to ensure the project was on time and within budget. Work was completed in three separate phases, ensuring a very minimal effect on the club’s members.
