DeSapio Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated general construction business specializing in commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings of all shapes and sizes. In addition to General Contractors, DCI provides construction management, design build, and property management/ maintenance services. As General Contractors, we routinely perform excavation, sitework, concrete, masonry, and rough and finish carpentry work.
What We Do
DeSapio Construction, Inc. has performed construction on various projects in both the public and private sector. DCI has worked on Municipal Buildings, Churches, Schools, Office Buildings, Banks, Manufacturing Plants, Warehouses, Parks, Bridges, Roads and various other Site Construction projects. DCI has experience in all phases of the construction process including site location and planning, approval process, design phase, construction, and site and building maintenance.
DeSapio Construction, Inc. is bonded and pre-qualified with the State of New Jersey for up to $45 million and NJ SDA Certified Contractor. DCI is a Category 5 approved small business enterprise. DCI is based out of Kingwood Township in Hunterdon County. The firm provides services throughout Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset, Warren, Morris, Middlesex, and Sussex counties.

The DeSapio Family has been involved in the construction industry in central New Jersey since 1947 when Anthony & Martin DeSapio completed construction of their first project, their parish church, Our Lady of Victories in Baptistown, NJ. *Add picture of Our Lady of Victories*
DeSapio Brothers went on to complete countless public and private projects throughout Hunterdon, Warren, Somerset, Morris, and Mercer Counties. These projects included Churches, Schools, Libraries, Municipal Buildings, Post Offices, Industrial Buildings, County Roads, Bridges, Parks, Garages, and Retail Establishments.

The sons of Anthony DeSapio continue the tradition of the company’s founder in providing craftsmanship at affordable pricing. DeSapio Construction has expanded their services as General Contractors to include Design Build, Project Management, Turn Key Construction, Historic Restoration, and Property Maintenance & Management Services. The leaders of DeSapio Construction, Inc. have over 100 combined years of experience in the construction industry in New Jersey.

Today, the company remains proudly family-owned and operated, with Anthony DeSapio Jr. and Vincenzo DeSapio at the helm, carrying forward the values, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality that have defined the company for generations.
The next generation is actively shaping DCI’s future. Anthony Jr.’s sons, Anthony DeSapio III and Giovanni DeSapio, along with his son-in-law, DJ Nozza, play key roles in leading, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish.
