DiBianca Family Associates Exterior Renovations

This project consisted of the exterior renovation of a six-unit retail center in Flemington, NJ. DeSapio Construction, Inc. removed the original exterior finishes and framed the new metal stud canopies and soffits. A new EFIS system was installed on the building along with new aluminum windows and doors. In the rear of the building, new concrete staircases were formed and poured.

The relocation of the staircases allowed patrons and tenants to easily access the rear parking lot. Work was performed at night and on weekends to ensure minimal effect on the current tenants.
